The Harvard University Herbaria are a series of collections that preserve plant specimens for study:

• Herbarium of the Arnold Arboretum
• Economic Herbarium of Oakes Ames
• Oakes Ames Orchid Herbarium
• Farlow Herbarium
• Gray Herbarium
• New England Botanical Club Herbarium
• Bailey-Wetmore Wood Collection
  

In addition to these collections, the Herbaria are affiliated with the Harvard Botanical Museum.
