Collections:
The Warren Anatomical Museum houses over 15,000 specimens, models, instruments, and other types of medical memorabilia. These include items such as Phineas Gage's skull and the first ether inhaler. In addition, the museum holds the Johann Gaspar Spurzheim Phrenological Collection and the Oliver Wendell Holmes Microscope Collection. A small fraction of these items can be seen on exhibit on the fifth floor of Countway Library on the campus of Harvard Medical School.

The Warren Anatomical Museum is currently in the process of cataloging its holdings. Currently, no searchable database exists.
