The Sackler Museum houses Asian, Indian, and Islamic art of all periods, as well as European, North African, and Western Asian art from the Bronze Age to Classical Antiquity. Sackler's most important holdings include archaic Chinese jades dating back to 5,000 BCE, medieval Mesopotamian ceramics, and bronze sculptures from ancient Greece and Rome.
