Collections:
The Concord Field Station houses the specimen preparation lab for the Museum of Comparative Zoology, oversize specimens, live animals, and facilities for studying the behavior of the living specimens. Many of the ongoing experiments concern the mechanics of animal movement and insect flight. The 62-acre facility is home to many types of animals, including wallabies, emus, cheetahs, reindeer, goats, and monitor lizards.
